OUR AIMS
At North Hants Homes our ideal Modus Operandi is to partner with individual clients to achieve full planning permission for their plot of land.
Typically, these applications come in the form of a proportion of their garden or a replacement property, thus creating an opportunity for them to release equity to enjoy or further invest. We also embark upon major restorations, commercial to residential transformations or sympathetic conversions and extension projects for select clients.
We strive to achieve successful planning applications by working closely with known architects, planning consultants, ecologists and of course local authority planning personnel. We are particularly au fait with both Hart DC and Rushmoor BC’s respective planning processes which enables us to tailor our strategies for each individual application which we submit thus hopefully always achieving a successful outcome for all parties.
